More than 5 years ago I purchased a Lovebridge bracelet from Thomas Sabo and had it engraved. I wear it every day and never take it off so it is definitely a sturdy, yet pretty, piece of jewellery that has enormous sentimental value. My niece is about to graduate and I wanted a gift for her that she would treasure, so where better to find it. It was quick and easy to select the gift and the engraving and place the order. Confirmations, updates and tracking were excellent and I received my parcel on the day advised. The gift is perfect and I know my niece will love it. Exceptional service.

Hi i was in the thomas sabo shop in braehead Glasgow and for the second time in a month was served by laurynn. She was excellent and made my experience in the shop very pleasant. She is polite courteous and helpful. She is a credit to yiur business. 10 out of 10

I was very happy with the service I received at the Watford branch. As usual excellent customer interaction. I wanted a new piece of jewellery as my Thomas Sabo collection is growing but couldn’t make up my mind whether to purchase a necklace chain or bracelet. I tried both on and loved both. At no time was there pressure for me to purchase that day and the assistant was more than helpful.
I decided to telephone my daughter to see what she thought and then met her in the shop a few minutes later. I purchased the bracelet that day and was more than delighted when offered a 10% discount as I also work in the shopping centre.
My whole family have bought at this branch and my daughter Claudia has also worked for them. I find them very professional in their delivery and the way they interact with you and that’s why I give the 5 stars above.

My order is perfect! Necklace and earrings as gift from my fiance to wear on our wedding day ! Great service from Thomas sabo, only little issue is the courier service from UPS, they wouldn't leave the parcel as it needed a signature which is fine but the collection point shop they left it with is a total disgrace! There were parcels all over the floor in the convenience store, no care given to any item and would be very easy for someone to walk out with anyones parcel!

The customer service was great. Spent time to really get a feel for what we wanted. Helped us pick what would suit best. Really unusual jewelry. If you want something special I highly recommend

Visited yesterday with ideas in mind for gift for my daughter. All 3 staff members couldnt have been more helpful and gave me various options and opinions. Ring arrived in good time but disappointed. It looks like it has been worn already, it is slightly bent and has visible scuffs. In my opinion not a new item.
